- Domain Name Registration and Hosting: Fees associated with third-party services, such as domain name registration or hosting services, are non-refundable.
- Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable.
- Changes in Scope: Any additional requests or changes beyond the original scope of work will not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 14 days of project delivery or service commencement, whichever is earlier, at halo@aviweb.dev with your refund request.
- Include details of the service provided, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Approval and Processing
- If your refund request is approved, we will notify you by email and process the refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

For subscription-based services or ongoing maintenance packages:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice.
- If you cancel before the completion of the service period, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the unused portion of the service.
